@TimWardCam That’s a v serious allegation, which goes right to the core of what Amnesty stands for. If you want to make such a serious claim now, it would be a basic act of courtesy to seek supporting info, rather than making such a sweeping claim based only a memory of 30 years ago.

@TimWardCam If this extraordinary claim was an accurate description of the national or international policy of #AmnestyInternational, it would have made a huge furore. There would be a massive footprint online. But there is no trace.
So I call bullshit on it. Maybe u overrate the sender, maybe u misread. Maybe your memory is wrong. Maybe you lie. I dunno which.
But your claim that Amnesty International policy was to support #PLO & #IRA is clearly false.
