okay, i just had to do that leftvalues quiz again, i’ll talk about what i think about the questions you listed (in no fixed order):

revolution vs. reform: very conflicted - i think socialism starts at the ballot, but if NOT the ballot, then we all must reluctantly use force.

scientific or utopian?: sort of a cross.

central or decentral: who cares if it’s decentralized or NOT? everyone should have their own say in a socialist government.

international or national: international revolutions are the way to go.

party or union?: both!

production or nature: protecting our environment should be an essential step to a socialist country.

conservative or progressive: progressive. seriously!

1. i said that i deserved to be called a fencesitter for what i said, so i’ll give you that one.
2. again, i strongly disagree with charlie kirk - being someone who’s non-binary, NO ONE should ever call for people losing their human rights simply because of who they are. seriously!
3. i was on hexbear, but i got banned because i said stuff that they disagree with - i’m still learning. i agree with the idea of socialism, and i’m looking for resources from across the socialist spectrum (including marxism-leninism). if you have any resources on this, please let me know.

to charlie kirk’s children in the future (if you’re reading this, assuming lemmy is a bit more popular than reddit, and i really hope so): i’m very glad you’re able to come out and go under a new surname. seriously!

in all seriousness, i have nothing to say about charlie kirk’s death - if i say that charlie kirk deserved it, i’d get comments defending him; if i say that charlie kirk DIDN’T, i’d get comments from people saying otherwise. addressing charlie kirk’s death is like an ethical quandary to me, that’s why i prefer NOT to say anything about that. i neither condemn nor endorse his assassination in any way, and i deserved to be called a fencesitter just for saying this.

i do have to say when i watched charlie kirk’s death video (and DON’T worry it was blurred - i’m pretty sure i saw it on the new york post), and when i heard the gunshot sound, i said “oh god!” - that’s how i reacted. again, the actual assassination was blurred (luckily, so i DON’T have to see it uncensored). oh and i strongly disagree with charlie kirk - a very polarizing figure, i’d say.

in other words, i oppose charlie kirk, but i prefer to avoid defending or condemning his death. malcolm x should be celebrated a bit more than charlie kirk though - rip malcolm x (1925-1965). seriously!
