Even these nutjobs have to understand that not all properties cost the exact same price and there’s no way anyone has actually pulled it off. If anyone believes that, they’d try to start buying up properties and quickly find out no one accepts that.

These people believe you can sign some magic tax forms and it’ll automatically foreclose any debt you owe to other people. This guy probably figured that if he could secure a home loan he could pay it off the next day with a 1099A form.
