Israelis are constantly pretending they live in fear of being killed by Palestinian “terrorists”. Have they considered fucking leaving, which is an option the Palestinians don’t even have? No Israeli children would be in a position to be killed in the fighting or held hostage if their colonizer parents hadn’t put them there. These children are victims, but they’re victims of their colonizer parents and colonizer politicians.
You want to talk about children being held hostage to ensure compliance from adults? How many Palestinian children are there in the open air prison of Gaza, where 2/3 of the population are under 25 years old?

If you’re saddened or angered by the deaths of Israeli civilians, you can take those complaints straight to the Israeli government. Any handwringing about violence committed by the Palestinians is de facto support for the illegal occupation of Palestinian land and the apartheid state of Israel.

But tell me why I should look a Palestinian 8-year old in the eye and tell them their parents deserved to be tortured and killed. But the alternatives here seem clear, either they win, or Israel crosses a line that forces external intervention, or just the entire world is either actively supportive of or passively accepting of the death of every single Palestinian living under occupation, and if the last thing is true, then what do you possibly do with that?
