So why is it almost a vegan sandwich? What is in it?
Woah, never expected this sandwich to get this much attention. I guess this means I must reaveal its secrets
Ingredients:
- 2 grilled vegan burger patties
- fresh lettuce, cucumber and cherry tomatoes from the garden
- vegan cream cheese (not mayo)
- and, finally, the ‘almost’ part: lightly grilled cheese šmeigelis (a sandwich bun). I can’t stay away from cheese. It’s the only thing keeping me from being vegan. And these buns are amazing
