I know a guy who took T for gains at one point in his life. He says it felt great at the time, he had more energy and his gains were amazing but now he doesn’t naturally produce enough testosterone of his own and it’s fucking his joints up in old age. His bone density is closer to that of a woman in his age group and one of his hands is essentially disintegrating.

    His words, not mine.

Has he thought about starting taking T again? In my city there are tons of clinics specifically for T replacement therapy, they do blood tests, make up an IV or pill cocktail for you with all the hormones and vitamins you need, and get you on track health wise. They’re not for big gains, they’re solely for keeping you healthy

Normally it’s advertised as a men’s health clinic, one of the specific ones near me is Mantality (unsure on spelling) and Victory Men’s Health, I only remember them because they advertise heavily here. There’s probably better options but searching for men’s health clinics will probably get you where you want. Some of them are only peddling ED pills so a bit of research is needed to find a place with a real doctor performing real medicine instead of slinging Alex Jones pills

Why would you seek somebody’s advice if you’re not willing to take it? Sure, I get the idea of wanting to be validated, but you also have to accept being told what you’re doing is wrong.

One of the cadavers in the cadaver lab operated by the school where I studied was a young (late 30s) male who died of a heart attack, the rest were all well above 65. The ventricles (spaces needed to pump blood) in this man’s heart had shrunk because his heart tissue had grown so large after using steroids. It’s important to know that steroids affect all muscles including the heart. People don’t usually consider the complications of prolonged use.

I took a ten week course of testosterone at a slightly higher dose than therapeutic (something like 175mg in a weekly IM injection). The most surprising aspect was psychological. I was 40 but I felt like a teenager again. Even at this dose, muscle mass noticeably increased. Fortunately didn’t lose my hair or suffer any long term problems resuming normal T production. That risk increases with dose and duration on steroids. It only makes sense to use it at either low dose or short duration.

They basically just heard that soy has phytoestrogens and that was all they needed. So now they think that eating literally anything with soy in it actively feminizes you.

How awesome that would be for our trans sisters to just eat soy to get the gains they need. But no, they gotta go through a huge hassle of injections and pills etc
