    Controversial opinion, but I think the tv coverage of the Bondi incident has been too saturated. The exact same images and story over and over again without anything new to report. Yes, it’s a terrible tragedy. But wow the media latches on and just won’t let go until it’s absolutely drained every last drop of blood out of it.

      The issue was that Jeff Kennett closed the institutions with the idea that there would be support in the community, and then the funding for that support later got slashed.

      I agree there’s a real problem though.
