On Thursday morning, a Thai citizen placed an emergency call reporting that two U.S. service members had gotten into a physical altercation near a town bar at 1:30 a.m., MS NOW reported, citing local police. After Thai police responded, the Americans were brought to a U.S.-Thailand joint operations center situated in the town’s Hard Rock Cafe before being transferred back to the aircraft carrier.
Speaking to the outlet, a Thai official described the incident as “minor.” He added that the service members were drunk and that the emergency caller was worried the altercation might intensify.

The Hard Rock Cafe is the central location where the sailors are dropped off and picked up to and from the ship if I remember from my time in. He was basically handed over to MPs for the Navy to deal with.
Imagine all the stupid shit these troops are saying to these sex workers that they shouldn’t be saying, poke them with the right questions and you’d get all kinds of stuff. I’ve been very open about my opposition to sex work but I do wonder if Russia or China or other intelligence operations have some agents there running a sex business in waiting for events like this.
