Have you tried making a to do list? Have you tried getting someone else to remind you? I can’t think of the others, but I’ve heard them all (as I’m sure you have). And I have to say: YES. I HAVE TRIED ALL THE THINGS. (And I have found some things that work for some of the things, at least some of the time)

You should pay more attention.

Every time I explain how I have difficulties, I get asked:
I can’t think of the others, but I’ve heard them all (as I’m sure you have).
And I have to say: YES. I HAVE TRIED ALL THE THINGS.
(And I have found some things that work for some of the things, at least some of the time)
