The headline is so much better than the real thing, but it also totally covers how Trump was treated by Rutte today.

Trump, for his part, likened the conflict between Israel and Iran to “two kids in a school yard” fighting. “They fight like hell. You can’t stop them. Let them fight for about two, three minutes. Then it’s easier to stop them,” he said.

Rutte added, “Then daddy has to sometimes use strong language.”

This is what diplomacy with a narcissist looks like, and everyone is doing it. Trump whisperers are in hot demand.

The bit I find funny is trump is so dense he doesn’t even realise he’s being spoken to and manipulated like you would a child. In this case for a good cause, so well done Rutte.

Although the display was grating, Trump fell for it hook, line and sinker. Having seen Rutte in his previous role as prime-minister before this was all an act just to butter him up.

Unrelated…maybe you should try gaming. I suggest tetris. See, these little blocks fall, and you need to place them in lines, to get them to disappear. But if you can’t, and the block of blocks gets too high, it’s game over.

It’s a pretty good analogy for life. Your responsibilities pile up, and then one day it all gets overwhelming and you lose control of your life.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The falling-block video game Tetris has met its match in 13-year-old Willis Gibson, who has become the first player to officially “beat” the original Nintendo version of the game — by breaking it.

Technically, Willis — aka “blue scuti” in the gaming world — made it to what gamers call a “kill screen,” a point where the Tetris code glitches, crashing the game. That might not sound like much of a victory to anyone thinking that only high scores count, but it’s a highly coveted achievement in the world of video games, where records involve pushing hardware and software to their limits. And beyond.

I was wondering what age the kid was when he beat it because it would have to be young to have the quick ass reflexes to beat that shit

      Was thinking “Daddy Warbucks.”

It’s kind of gross and very disingenuous the way the article ran cover for Rutte, though. He sounds like a call girl, which by way of analogy, he is.
